Shipping destinations and cost

Partlivo currently serves eligible addresses in the United States. Standard shipping is a flat $35 per order unless a different amount is clearly displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates

Delivery is generally estimated at 7–15 business days after shipment. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, remote destinations, severe weather, holidays, customs or address issues may extend delivery time.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking can take several business days to show its first carrier scan.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after processing or shipment.

Delivered, lost, or damaged packages

If tracking shows delivered but the package cannot be located, first check the delivery area and contact the carrier. For a lost or damaged shipment, contact us with your order number and supporting photos when applicable.
